We're so enamored of fame that those of us who don't achieve it feel it doesn't exist in the realm of humanity. The people who are evil are less than human, while the great are superhuman: neither type can understand or really communicate with us.
I was giving talks with Rabbi Tatz on the day my family went to Madame Tussaud's in London. But apparently, it was a very successful trip. Oldest Daughter held a press conference at the UN with Tony Blair and President Bush standing by;
Middle Daughter courted Lance Armstrong, while keeping pace with him on her bike;
And after decking Hitler, Gabe had the temerity to take on Muhammad Ali.
Of course, at Madame Tussaud's the famous don't talk back or hit back. Good thing, too.
